Three More Winners as Market Form Delivers Again
Thursday proved to be another excellent day for DC Network members, with the Best Bets page producing three winners and further evidence that Market Form continues to uncover profitable opportunities before the wider market catches up.
While Coumeenoole got the job done at prohibitive odds, it was the bigger-priced successes that really caught the eye.
The standout performance came from Immortal Fame, who landed the spoils after triggering an Emerging Repeat Setup. The market support behind Deborah Cole’s runner was impossible to ignore, with the horse shortening dramatically from 21.0 in the morning to 7.5 by 10am before settling around the 8.0 mark.
What made the move particularly interesting was that it mirrored the horse’s only previous qualifying Market Form trigger, which had also resulted in victory. With a staggering 64.3% move against a historical trigger point of just 5.6%, the market was once again telling a compelling story.
Members who trusted the signal were rewarded with a well-backed winner.
The second major success came courtesy of Perseus Way, who was highlighted both on the Best Bets page and within the Network Insider column earlier in the day.
The Tristan Davidson-trained runner had shown a previous tendency to respond positively when attracting strong market support and today’s move was even stronger than the historical benchmark. Having opened at 5.5 before contracting to 2.5 by 10am, the horse generated a 54.5% move compared to a previous successful trigger of 30.8%.
Importantly, Perseus Way had already demonstrated the pattern once before when winning at Hexham, and history repeated itself once again.
For members following the Insider column, this was a particularly satisfying result and another example of Market Form identifying repeatable market behaviour rather than relying on subjective opinion alone.
When the dust settled, the Best Bets page had produced three winners on the day, including successes at around 9/1 and 2/1, continuing what has been an encouraging period for the DC Network market-based angles.
However, it is important to understand what makes these signals different.
This is not about blindly backing market movers. Following money in the betting market is hardly a new concept and plenty have tried it over the years without success.
The difference is that every DC Network angle is built and tested to be profitable at Starting Price. The objective is not simply to identify horses being backed, but to identify horses attracting the right type of support based on previous historical evidence.
Market Form allows us to ask a much more important question than “is this horse being backed?”
Instead, we can ask: “Has this horse been backed in a similar way before, and what happened when it was?”
That distinction matters.
Following the money is nothing new.
Following the correct money, supported by repeatable historical evidence, is where the edge begins.
