Ownership and origin
Market Form™ is an original horse-racing market-analysis concept conceived, developed and introduced by professional racing analyst Daryl Carter, founder of DC Network.
The Market Form framework was created to analyse a previously overlooked form of racing evidence: how a horse’s current betting-market behaviour compares with its historical price movements and the racing outcomes that followed those movements.
This includes the systematic collection, storage and analysis of historical betting behaviour to identify recurring market patterns, including a horse’s previous response to support, weakness, steam, drift and other measurable changes in market expectation.
Daryl Carter and DC Network assert ownership, to the fullest extent permitted by law, over the original Market Form body of work and its protectable expression, development and implementation. This includes its branding, written methodology, research, terminology, software, source code, database structure, compiled datasets, analytical systems, calculations, presentation and associated digital products.

MARKET FORM™ is the subject of UK trade mark application UK00004378941, filed in the name of Daryl Carter, covering services within Classes 35, 38 and 42.
The Market Form name, identity and associated branding may not be used in connection with any racing, betting, data, research, analytical, software or technology service without prior written permission.
Nothing on this website grants any person or organisation permission to use Market Form as a product name, service name, trading identity, feature name, methodology name or promotional description.

Access to the website or possession of a membership does not transfer ownership of any data, intellectual property or database rights to the user.
Proprietary systems and confidential information

Intellectual-property law does not ordinarily grant copyright ownership over an abstract idea, fact or general analytical principle by itself. Nothing in this notice is intended to misstate that legal position.
However, independently expressing a general idea is fundamentally different from copying or materially reproducing Market Form’s protected branding, content, code, databases, research, confidential methods or original implementation.
